Summary: | The invention provides an application of improving fatty acid content of leguminous plants in promoting root nodule formation. According to the invention, CeDGAT1 and CectGPDH2 genes from chlorella ellipsoidea are used for obtaining a soybean transgenic material by using a genetic transformation method, and researches find that the obtained transgenic soybean has no adverse agronomic traits on phenotype; meanwhile, according to the transgenic lines of CeDGAT1 and CectGPDH2, the hundred-grain weight and the total fatty acid in seeds can be increased, the number of root nodules is increased by more than 40%, the nitrogen utilization is significantly increased. The soybean fatty acid content is increased, the root nodule formation of leguminous plants can be promoted, then the nitrogen utilization rate of the leguminous plants is increased, the yield of the leguminous plants is increased, and the method can be used for increasing the yield and income of the leguminous plants. Therefore, the result of the inventi |
