The invention discloses a powerboat and a water pumping and injecting method for a channel cofferdam area. A powerboat (10) is internally provided with a diesel engine (1), a clutch (2), a first hydraulic pump (3), a second hydraulic pump (4), a fuel tank (5), a hydraulic oil tank (6), self-priming pumping and injecting water pumps (7) and hydraulic motors (8); in addition, hydraulic pushers (9) are arranged at the tail of a deck of the powerboat (10); the powerboat (10) is internally provided with the diesel engine (1); one end of the diesel engine (1) is connected with the first hydraulic pump (3) through the clutch (2); and the other end of the diesel engine (1) is connected with the second hydraulic pump (4) through a belt. The powerboat and the water pumping and injecting method overcome the defects that an earth-rock cofferdam in the prior art has greater section and cannot be recycled; and by using the designed hydraulic pumps, the waiting time for the operation of the whole cofferdam area is shortened
