The molar ratio of W to Crto Ti is 0.6: 1: 9. The catalyst is synthesized by combining electrostatic spinning method and hydrothermal method, and the characteristics of simple preparation process, good stability, easy separation of products with reaction system, controllable catalyst structure, continuous catalyst catalytic sites and the like are achieved. Although loading of TiO2 enables the polyacid to be agglomerated, the agglomeration can be avoided when the polyacid is embedded into the pore channels of the MOF, and the catalytic sites are uniformly dispersed, so that the purpose of ultra-deep desulfurization canbe achieved. 本发明公开了一种新颖的用于萃取催化氧化脱硫的HPWO/MIL-101(Cr)/TiO复合纳米纤维及其制备方法。其中W、Cr、Ti的摩尔比为W:Cr:Ti=0.6:1:9。本发明结合静电纺丝法及水热法合成该催化剂,具有制备工艺简单、稳定性好、产品易与反应体系分离、催化剂结构可控、催化剂催化位点连续等特点。虽然负载TiO会使多酸发生团聚,但当多酸嵌入到MOF的孔道中就可以避免这种团聚,且催化位点均匀分散,可以达到超深脱硫的目的。
