The disinfectant contains an additive and a carrier; a formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.5-6% ferrous sulfate, 10-35% polyether polyol, 1 to 10 percent of tetrasodium 1-hydroxyethylidene diphosphonate, 0-3% of a silane coupling agent, 0-2.5% of a purifying agent, 5-20% of a scale inhibitor, 10-20% of potassium ferrate and 30-60% of catalyst.
