The invention discloses a hydraulic bending machine and an adjustable upper mold thereof. The hydraulic bending machine comprises a base, a support column, a tabletop, a lower mold, an upper mold anda driving mechanism; the top of the base is connected with the tabletop through the support column; the upper mold is arranged at the top of the tabletop; the driving mechanism is mounted on the surface of the tabletop; the upper mold is mounted at a free end of the driving mechanism; the base can drive equipment to move; and the upper mold can be adjusted, and can be driven by the driving mechanism for punching and bending. The hydraulic bending machine is provided with three sets of punching heads with different angles; under adjustment driven by a second hydraulic cylinder, different punching grooves can be punched to meet bending by different angles to achieve wide application range; and the upper mold and the lower mold both can be disassembled and mounted on two surfaces, so that theequipment achieves functi
