The two ends of a power shaft provided with the middle stabilizing frame penetrate through the corresponding end fixing frames respectively, the heating pipes are installed atthe ends, opposite to the middle stabilizing frame, of the end fixing frames, and the through holes for the heating pipes to pass through are formed on the middle stabilizing frame, and the heating pipes are located in the SMA springs. According to the present invention, the SMA springs are deformed through a heating rod to provide the power, so that the pollution to the environment is small.
