Summary: | The invention discloses an injectable cystine small-molecular gel material and application thereof, belongs to the field of material chemistry and relates to a biomedical material. The gel material isprepared by the following method: firstly, N,N-dibenzoyl-L-cystine is used as a reaction substrate and modified with diethylene glycol to obtain a cystine gelator (DBC-DG); secondly, a polyethylene glycol is prepared from the gelator, distilled water is added, and shaking up is performed to obtain the gel material. Freeze-dried gel material has a 3D net or honeycomb-like structure. The method provided by the invention is convenient and easy to implement; and the prepared gel material has good biocompatibility and degradability in life bodies, can be applied to cell culture in tissue regeneration engineering field, can be used as a drug stent or carrier to be applied to clinical treatment and has great practical values.
