Summary: | The invention relates to an in-situ hydrogenated rubber graphene elastomer and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following step: by taking graphene oxide, an unsaturated rubber emulsion and a hydrazine compound as raw materials, performing a hydrogenation reaction, so as to obtain the in-situ hydrogenated rubber graphene elastomer. Under the actions of graphene oxide GO and hydrazine hydrate, unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds on a nitrile rubber molecule chain are subjected to in-situ emulsion hydrogenation, and meanwhile, a self-crosslinked type hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber/graphene elastomer composite material can be preapred through free radical crosslinking. Due to adoption of a method that imine is generated through GO catalysis, a novel preparation method is provided for preparing HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber), and t he prepared HNBR elastomer material has potential application values in the field of rubber.
