The invention discloses a cigarette auxiliary material tray distributing and warehousing method. The method comprises the steps that auxiliary materials are conveyed out of a flat warehouse accordingto a tray distributing order generated by an auxiliary material tray distributing management system and placed into an auxiliary material receiving module; the auxiliary materials in the auxiliary material receiving module are conveyed to the auxiliary material temporary storage module through the auxiliary material tray distributing management system; the auxiliary materials are taken out from the auxiliary material temporary storage module and stacked on the empty trays through the auxiliary material tray distributing management system; and the stacked auxiliary material trays are conveyed into an elevated warehouse for storage through the auxiliary material tray distributing management system.
