The invention relates to a NaY molecular sieve composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: respectively roasting kaolin at high temperature and low temperature to obtain high-temperature roasted soil and meta-kaolin, carrying out alkali treatment on the high-temperature roasted soil, mixing the alkali-treated soil, a guiding agent and an alkali liquor, carrying out hydrothermal crystallization for a period of time, adding acid-treated meta-kaolin, continuing crystallization, carrying out filtering, carrying out washing by using water, and carrying out drying to obtain the NaY molecular sieve composite material. The method provided by the invention does not need to additionally add a silicon source under the condition that the crystallinity of the molecular sieve is not reduced, thereby improving the utilization rate of the silicon source; and a silicon-aluminum ratio of the prepared NaY molecular sieve composite material is larger than 5.5,
