The invention particularly relates to acetylcysteine granules and a preparation method thereof. The granules comprise the following auxiliary materials: a filler, menthol, a flavoring agent and essence, wherein the menthol is used as a stabilizer. The preparation method of the invention adopts a fluidized bed one-step granulation method. According to the acetylcysteine granules provided by the invention, the menthol is used, and a one-step granulation process is adopted, so that the prepared acetylcysteine granules have better stability and higher bioavailability. 本发明具体涉及一种乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒剂及其制备方法。所述颗粒剂辅料组成为填充剂、薄荷脑、矫味剂、香精，其中薄荷脑作为稳定剂，所述发明制备方法采用流化床一步制粒法。本发明提供的乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒剂，使用薄荷脑并采用一步制粒工艺，制备的乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒稳定性更好、生物利用度更高。
