Summary: | In the present invention, elution of an electrode current collector is suppressed. The present invention provides a semisolid electrolyte solution, a semisolid electrolyte, a semisolid electrolyte layer, and a secondary battery in which there are contained: a mixed solvent that contains a semisolid electrolyte solvent and an electrolyte salt; as well as a first additive. The anion of the first additive is BF4- or PF6-, and the formula weight of the cation of the first additive is at least 100. Preferably, the present invention provides a semisolid electrolyte solution, a semisolid electrolyte,a semisolid electrolyte layer, and a secondary battery for which the amount of the first additive added to the mixed solvent is 1 to 20 wt%, and the first additive is NBu4PF6. It is thereby possibleto suppress elution of the electrode current collector.
