The invention discloses an anti-theft lock body and a self-locking system and method. The anti-theft lock body comprises a lock body, a transmission mechanism, an abutting part and an electronic sensing device; a spring bolt is arranged on the lock body; the transmission mechanism is in linkage with the spring bolt so as to drive the spring bolt to pop out or retract into the lock body; the abutting part is arranged in the lock body and can directly or indirectly abut against the spring bolt in the pop-up state; and the electronic sensing device is arranged inside or outside the lock body, theelectronic sensing device is electrically connected with a driving device, and after detecting alarming condition, the electronic sensing device generates a triggering command and transmits the triggering command to the driving device. According to the lock body, the system and the method, when the electronic sensing device detects the alarming information, the electronic sensing device sends thetriggering command to the
