The 650-DEG C-high-temperature-resistant titanium alloy comprises, by mass percentage, 5.5%-6.5% of Al, 5.5%-9.0% of the combination of Zr and Sn, smaller than or equal to 0.8% of each of two or more elements of Mo, Nb and Ta, 2%-3% of W, 0.3%-0.4% of Si, 0.05%-0.1% of Y, 0.1%-0.15% of the combination of C and O and the balance Ti and inevitable impurities. The ratio of the mass percentage of Sn to the mass percentage of Zr is 0.5-1, the mass percentage of C is larger than or equal to 0.03%, and the mass percentage ofO is smaller than or equal to 0.09%.
