A lock chamber of the gate is like a three-way shape, the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the lower part of the lock chamber are all inclined planes, and water stop rings are embedded in caulking grooves of the two inclined planes; the lower part of the gate is in a half-arc shape, the upper part of the gate is rectangle and the front side surface and the rear side surface are inclined planes; a guide cylinder is arranged at the top end of the gate, and elastic scissor fork frames are arranged between the front side and the rear side of the guide cylinder and the inner wall of the lock chamber; a rectangular air cushion frame is arranged at the bottom of a top cover, and is placed in the guide cylinder; an air cushion group is arranged in the air cushion frame, and when the air cushion group is inflated or discharged, the gate is closed downwards or opened upwards; a
