Summary: | The present invention discloses a preparation method of a microecological preparation for protecting stomach and releasing vomiting toxin. Micro-organism strains of clostridium butyricum and lactobacillus sakei are fermented, the fermented micro-organisms are centrifuged, then supernatant is added, and mixing, uniform stirring, centrifuging, filtering and drying are conducted to obtain compound micro-organism powder, and then the compound micro-organism powder and grape seeds are mixed at a specific composition ratio to prepare the composite micro-organism preparation. A ratio of each component in the prepared composite preparation is 20%-80%, and the sum is 1.
