The invention provides an on-board variable-concentration dispensing device for a plant protection drone for variable-concentration application, comprising a power module, a control module, a dispensing module and an application module.Compared with the prior art: (1) the proposed variable-concentration dispensing device is capable of effectively responding to large incidence index differences indifferent areas of an operation site, capable of following the principle of ''using a pesticide with a corresponding small concentration for a mild case and a pesticide with a corresponding gret concentration for a severe case'', and capable of achieving'' variable concentration'' application, and the device is dedicated to the mounting of a plant protection drone; (2) ''water tank + pure pesticide tank'' dual-tank independent output control is adopted to realize ''real-time and on-demand.'' blending of different concentrations of pesticide solutions during flight operation of the plant protection drone; (3) a single-
