The invention discloses a blockchain-based engineering vehicle in-out construction site management system method in the technical field of block chains. The system comprises a client side, a server side and a data center. The client side is connected with the server for communication. The server side is connected with the data center for communication, and the client side is used for collecting record data of a vehicle entering/exiting a construction site, verifying the record data and uploading and storing the record data passing the verification into a block chain system; obtaining a query condition, and querying the vehicle entry/exit record data meeting the query condition from the blockchain system according to the query condition; and verifying the vehicle entry/exit record data meeting the query condition, and carrying out abnormal alarm on the query result which fails to be verified. The authenticity of the recorded data of the engineering vehicle entering and exiting the construction site is ensured
