Summary: | The invention relates to a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combined analysis method and an interface device thereof. A mass spectrometer performs analysis and obtains an analysis map through the following steps: installing a solid probe; setting a shunt piece; installing a sample tube; turning on a liquid chromatography system and the mass spectrometer and applying a high voltage to the solid probe; then injecting a sample solution to perform an electrospray process; and adjusting a position of the solid probe to obtain a maximum signal of the mass spectrometer. According to the invention, the solid probe with a shunt piece is used as a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combined electrospray ion source interface, and most of the sample effluent of the liquid chromatography system is shunted along the shunt piece and only a small fraction is sprayed.
