The canine C-reactive protein rapid quantitative analysis test card comprises a PVC soleplate, a sample pad, a conjugate pad, a nitrocellulose membrane, and water-absorbing filter paper. An anti-CRP monoclonal antibody Ab1 marked by a fluorescent microsphere is pre-coated on the conjugate pad. The nitrocellulose membrane is provided with a quality control C line coated with a goat anti-mouse IgG monoclonal antibody and a test T line coated with an anti-CRP monoclonal antibody Ab2. During a test, CRP in a sample is captured by the fluorescent marked antibody Ab1 to form a compound.
