The detecting device comprises a laser, a first polarizer, a beam expander, a gas collection device, an objective lens, a Sagnac interferometer, a second polarizer, and a CCD camera that are arranged sequentially along a beam irradiation direction; the CCD camera is electrically connected with the computer; the gas collection device comprises a gas flow cavity and a gas diffusion cavity that are both hollow; both the top of the gas flow cavity and the bottom of the gas diffusion cavity are provided with a notch with a corresponding size; the cavity space of the gas flow cavity and the cavity space of the gas diffusion cavity communicate with each other from the two notches; and an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively arranged at different sides of the gas flow cavity.
