The preparation method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing an appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide, placing the sodium hydroxide in a glass container, adding an appropriate amount of distilled water to dissolve the sodium hydroxide completely, adding natural cellulose, performing continuous stirringso as to allow the natural cellulose to be fully dissolved in the formed sodium hydroxide solution, carrying out heating to 52-65 DEG C in a water bath, and performing continuous stirring for a reaction for 1.2-2.2 h; after the completion of stirring, adding an amine compound, carrying out heating to 52-65 DEG C in a water bath, performing continuous stirring at the temperature, and adding organicacid drop by drop for a reaction for 1.8-3.2 h.
