Summary: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a sand core. The manufacturing method comprises the step of (a) manufacturing a local sand core of an easy shrinkage area by adopting chromite coatedsand. According to the method, the sand core of the easy shrinkage area is manufactured by adopting chromite sand, the local sand core is obtained, and therefore, the shrinkage porosity around a bolt hole, which is made of the sand core, of a cylinder cover is avoided. Therefore, according tothe manufacturing method of the sand core, the shrinkage porosity around the bolt hole of the cylinder cover can be avoided, and the problem of the field at the present stage is solved.
