The method ischaracterized by including following steps: 1), adjusting salinity of a spawning pond; 2), collecting fertilized eggs; 3), separating high-quality fertilized eggs; 4), hatching the fertilized eggs; 5), desalting breeding water, and managing the fries. By the method, impact on embryonic development even death during embryonic development caused by the fact that the high-quality fertilized eggs inthe spawning pond sink to the bottom due to low water salinity can be avoided effectively, and easy collection of the high-quality fertilized eggs is facilitated.
