The invention discloses a composite film for agricultural greenhouses and a preparation method of the composite film. The preparation method includes the following steps: S01, preparing a mixed material for an outer reinforcement layer, putting the mixed material for the outer reinforcement layer into a reaction kettle, heating and melting the mixed material after a polymerization reaction, extruding melts from a chilling roll by an extruder to form a casting piece, and pulling the casting piece to obtain the outer reinforcement layer; S02, preparing mixed materials for a defogging and dripping layer, including an inner mixed material, a middle mixed material and an outer mixed material, adding the three mixed materials into a hopper of a three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine to extrude from a three-layer co-extrusion die head, and performing blowing and cooling by a cooling fan to obtain the defogging and dripping layer; S03, bonding the outer reinforcement layer with an outerlayer of the defogging a
