Provided is a laminate having satisfactory flexibility and having excellent adhesion between a base layer and a surface layer. The laminate has at least a base layer, an intermediate layer disposed onthe base layer, and a surface layer disposed on the intermediate layer, wherein the base layer is a polymer of a base layer composition containing a urethane resin, the intermediate layer is a polymer of an intermediate layer composition which contains an energy ray-curable resin having a (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule, and contains a non-ultraviolet-curable resin having only an isocyanategroup as a reactive functional group, and the surface layer is a surface layer composition containing an ultraviolet-curable resin having a (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule. 提供了挠性令人满意且基层和表层之间的粘接性优异的层叠体。该层叠体至少具有基层、设置在基层上的中间层、和设置在中间层上的表层，其中所述基层为含有聚氨酯树脂的基层用组合物的聚合物，所述中间层为包含在分子中具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的能量射线固化树脂且包含仅具有异氰酸酯基作为反应性官能团的非紫外线固化树脂的中间层用组合物的聚合物，和所述表层为包含在分子中具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的紫外线固化树脂的表层用组合物的聚合物。
