The invention belongs to the field of beverage vending machines, and particularly relates to an operation method of a five-cereal beverage vending machine. The method is disclosed to solve the problems that the existing consumer experience is poor, and ants, winged insects and the like enter a machine and cause poor sanitary conditions under the condition that a cup outlet automatic door is not provided. The method includes the following steps that S1, an upper computer issues beverage parameters, and a single-chip microcomputer receives and analyzes the beverage parameters; S2, two photoelectric switches are used for detecting whether a cup exists or not, and a stepping motor moves to a cup falling device in a non-cup state. Compared with a traditional beverage vending machine process, adetection point is added, the beverage making state is monitored, and a stepping motor moving device, the cup outlet automatic door, the cup falling device and a cap falling device work cooperatively.Meanwhile, the vending ma
