The first half pipe section and the second half pipe section are clamped togetherthrough a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism. A fluid channel for allowing fluid to pass through is defined by a first inner wall and a second inner wall. An anode oxide film iscombined on the surface of the pipe body. An antibacterial layer is combined on the surface of the anode oxide film. A sleeve sleeving the outer wall of the pipe body is further included. The sleeve is a barrel with openings in the two ends.
