Summary:The invention discloses fastland restoring cofferdam equipment with a canal lining structure in a water delivery state and a splicing method. A longitudinal cofferdam (1) and a transverse cofferdam (2) are hinged into a whole through a mounting support seat; in addition, the longitudinal cofferdam (1) and the side wall of the bottom water front side of the transverse cofferdam (2) are both enclosed by using waterstop pockets (5); the waterstop pockets (5) are tightly contacted with a canal bottom lining plate (7.1) and canal slope lining plates (7.2); and pile leg connecting frames (4.1) are arranged on two sides of the longitudinal cofferdam (1) arranged at the top. The fastland restoring cofferdam equipment overcomes the defects that an cofferdam form in the prior art is relatively limited in restorability and range, difficultly adapts to different canal sections and is inconvenient to construct, and has the advantages that zero discharge can be basically realized and the pollution to water quality of canal
