Summary:The invention provides nutritional meal replacement food and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of food. The nutritional meal replacement food is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-150 parts of bean flour and 50-150 parts of supplementary food, and the supplementary food comprises one or more of dried fruits, dried vegetables, dried fruit powder, flour, meat food materials and seafood cooked food powder. The flour can be baked at 50-65 DEG C till the aging degree of the flour is 80-90%, and then is mixed with other raw materials, and thus the nutritional meal replacement food is obtained. The flour is baked at the baking temperature, thus the nutrition loss of the flour in the baking process can be reduced, and meanwhile, the taste of the flour is also more delicate. Through the limit to the aging degree, the brewed flour can reach the better taste, meanwhile, when the flour is conveniently matched with other food materials for eating, theoverall feeling is good.
