Summary: | The invention provides a full-brightness and semi-brightness control method for an incandescent lamp. The full-brightness and semi-brightness control method comprises the following steps: detecting apower frequency signal; identifying a power voltage; judging a zero crossing moment; judging whether the lamp is turned on or not; and judging whether the lamp is fully bright or not. A power frequency inductor is used for detection, and a power frequency detection signal is provided; the power frequency inductor comprises four modules, namely, a single-chip microcomputer control module, a power module, a gating module, an amplification shaping module and a frequency division module; and a single-chip microcomputer serves as a control core to complete counting and decoding of to-be-tested signals and control on a frequency division ratio.
