The invention provides a TOF pixel circuit with an HDR mode. The pixel circuit comprises a photosensitive control unit, a control transistor, a first reading circuit and a second reading circuit. Thefirst reading circuit and the second reading circuit are symmetrical circuits and share the photosensitive control unit. The photosensitive control unit comprises a photodiode and a transmission transistor. Each of the first reading circuit and the second reading circuit comprises a reset transistor, a signal storage control unit and a first output unit. Each of the first reading circuit and the second reading circuit respectively comprises a global exposure transmission unit, and each global exposure transmission unit comprises a global exposure storage unit and a second output unit. The TOFpixel circuit with the HDR mode provided by the invention can realize an output mode of rolling exposure and global exposure.
