The method comprises the steps: receiving classification request information for a targetuser group, wherein the classification request information comprises the attribute data of the target user group; inputting the attribute data into a pre-stored classification model corresponding to the target user group to obtain a predicted classification result output by the classification model for the target user group, wherein the classification model is obtained by training according to historical attribute data of a target user group and a classification result corresponding to the historical attribute data; and adjusting the number of tasks of the target user group according to the prediction classification result for the target user group.
