Summary: | The invention provides a method for determining vitamin B1 and B2 in enriched food. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a hydrochloric acid solution is added to food to be tested, and ultrasonic extraction is carried out; 2) the pH value of an extract is adjusted, dilution with water to volume is conducted, and filtering is carried out; 3) a filtrate after filtering is diluted by an ammonium formate aqueous solution, and a microporous membrane is used for filtering; and 4) a filtrate after filtering by the microporous membrane is used as a detection object for measurement of the content of the vitamin B1 and B2 by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The method does not need a complex enzymatic hydrolysis pretreatment process, the content of vitaminB1 and B2 can be detected simultaneously in a large batch of enriched food, and test is rapid, efficient, simple and safe.
