The locking buckle can be used for the telescopic pipe set, the telescopic pipe set can be used for the tripod and the selfie stick, the telescopic pipe set comprises at least one hollow upper-level pipe section and a lower-level pipe section which can stretch and retract in the upper-level pipe section,the locking buckle comprises a pipe seat which sleeves and is connected to the upper-level pipe section in a clamped mode, a bush which is arranged on the periphery of the pipe seat in a sleeving manner, and at least one locking piece which is connected with the bush in a clamped mode, the locking pieces comprise locking surfaces located on the inner sides and limiting surfaces positioned on the outer sides, each locking surface and the corresponding limiting surface form a wedge-shaped structure, at least one limiting groove forming a wedge-shaped structure is formed in the inner wall of thepipe seat, and the locking
