The invention provides a gas energy release oil-displacement agent for a high gas-content oil field. The agent comprises, by weight, 14%-20% of hydrophobic particles and 80%-86% of a silicious surfactant. The invention further provides an oil-displacement method of the high gas-content oil field. The method comprises the steps that 001, a planned amount of the oil-displacement agent is prepared according to the production plan of an oil well; 002, the oil-displacement agent is injected into the oil well under high pressure; and 003, a planned amount of water is injected into the oil well, andthe oil-displacement agent is displaced to a required oil reservoir portion.
