Summary: | The invention relates to a device and method for measuring the dynamic stiffness of a cylindrical grinder headstock. A force sensor in the device is installed in the middle of the top of a truncated cylindrical grinder headstock and is used for measuring forces of the top of the cylindrical grinder headstock at X and Y. Four non-contact eddy current displacement sensors are fixed on a workbench bya magnetic meter base and are used for measuring displacement of the headstock top and the headstock housing in the X and Y directions. Measured voltage signal collected by the force sensor and the four non-contact eddy current displacement sensors are transmitted to a computer through a signal amplifier and an AD acquisition card via signal lines.
