The invention discloses a one-component heat curing polyurethane mixed component which is prepared from the components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a modified polyurethane oligomer, 50-200 parts of an active compound, a polymerization inhibitor and a radical initiator, wherein the polymerization inhibitor is 0.3-0.7% of the sum of the mass of the modified polyurethane oligomer and the active compound, and the radical initiator is 0.2-0.8% of the sum of the mass of the modified polyurethane oligomer and the active compound; and the modified polyurethane oligomer is prepared by polymerization reaction of a diisocyanate and a polycaprolactone with single and double bond termination, and the molar ratio of NCO/OH in the raw material is 0.8-1.1.
