The oil tank overfilling protective system further comprises a piston device capable of closing or opening the communicating port, and a control device for controlling action of the piston device; and when the liquid level of the interior of the oil tank reaches the highest liquid level, the control device drives a piston to act, and thus, the communicating port is closed.
