The flexible ball demolding process comprises the following steps that a silica gel sphere is injected into a mold; the silica gel sphere isformed after a silica gel is cured, and a mold core A and a mold core B are moved towards two sides to be opened; a mold core C moves upwards relative to a mold core D, a manipulator above the mold core C drives a jig to move downwards, until the jig is sleeved with the mold core C and the mold core D and the solidified silica gel sphere; the solidified silica gel sphere is blown by an air inlet between the mold core C and the mold core D, so that the solidified silica gel sphere is expanded, and an inner ring of the jig is attached until an inner ring of the jig is attached; and the manipulator drives the jig to pull the silica gel sphere upwards, so that the silica gel sphere is separated from the mold.
