Summary:The invention provides a microdroplet sampling device applied to detection by a digital PCR imaging method. The microdroplet sampling device comprises a microdroplet floating module and a microdropletstorage module, wherein the microdroplet floating device is hermetically connected with the microdroplet storage module; a microdroplet flat-spreading chamber is formed in the surface of the microdroplet floating module, and microdroplets in the microdroplet storage module enter the microdroplet flat-spreading chamber in batches to realize single-layer flat-spreading and imaging detection of themicrodroplets. By adopting the microdroplet sampling device, batched sampling of one microdroplet sample is realized, the sensitivity and reliability of digital PCR detection are improved, and the flux of microdroplet detection is increased. 本发明提供一种数字PCR成像法检测中应用的微液滴取样装置,微液滴取样装置包括微液滴上浮模块和微液滴存储模块,两者之间密封连接;所述微液滴上浮模块表面设置有微液滴平铺室,所述微液滴存储模块中的微液滴分批进入到所述微液滴平铺室中实现微液滴单层平铺和成像检测。本发明实现了对一个微液滴样本的分批次取样,提高了数字PCR检测的灵敏度与可靠度和提高了微液滴检测的通量。
