Summary:The invention discloses a method for delaying pupation of domestic silkworms. The principle is that the EGT enzyme can catalyze the reaction of transferring a glycosyl group in UDP-glucose to ecdysone to inactivate the ecdyson, so that the ecdysis and pupation of the silkworm are blocked.
