The system comprisesa rack, a three-dimensional numerical control machine tool, an abrasive jet device, and an electrolyte supply device, wherein the rack is used for fixing the three-dimensional numerical control machine tool; the three-dimensional numerical control machine tool is used for fixing a metal piece and the abrasive jet device; and the abrasive jet device comprises a spray head unit, a tubular electrode,and a programmable pulse power source.
