Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of an aptamer electrochemical sensor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, activating a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE), then dispersing graphene with a solution prepared from poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and ultrapure water in a volume ratio of 1:1, modifying the surface of the SPCE with graphene dispersion, and drying under an infrared lamp to obtain a graphene-modified SPCE (GR/SPCE); secondly, preparing a nanogold-modified GR/SPCE (AuNPs/GR/SPCE) with an electrodeposition method; and finally modifying the surface of the electrode with an aptamer of which one end is modified with sulfydryl in an Au-S bond covalent binding manner to obtain an aptamer-modified AuNPs/GR/SPCE (Apt/AuNPs/GR/SPCE).
