Summary:The invention provides a time division multiplexing reflection anisotropy differential optical measurement device and method. The device comprises a polarizer and an optical chopper; a reflected lightbeam of a sample is split into two beams of linear polarized light via the polarizer; the optical chopper blocks one light beam in the linear polarized light, and selects the other beam of linear polarized light to propagate to be transmitted to an optical path; the time division multiplexing for measuring the reflected light is achieved through collecting signals of different optical paths at different time frames.
