The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an alignment film. The method comprises the following steps that a substrate is provided, a display area and a diffusion abnormal area arranged adjacent to the display area are formed in the work surface of the substrate, the diffusion abnormal area includes at least one subarea whose alignment liquid diffusion condition is different from that of the display area; an alignment liquid coating strategy related to the distribution status and diffusion condition of the diffusion abnormal area in the working surface of the substrate is provided; thework surface of the substrate is sprayed with an alignment liquid according to the alignment liquid coating strategy so that the alignment liquid is distributed uniformly in the display area and thediffusion abnormal area; and the alignment liquid is solidified.
