The invention discloses a feed mixing device for cattle breeding. The feed mixing device comprises a base, traveling wheels are mounted on the left side and the right side of the lower end of the base, a material collecting box is placed into a placing groove in the middle of the upper end of the base, supporting columns are connected on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the base, a discharging pipe is connected in the middle of the lower end of a second mixing box connected at the upper ends of the supporting columns, output shafts of a second motor and a third motor mounted on the left side and the right side of the lower end of the second mixing box are connected with a second stirring shaft and a third stirring shaft, a first mixing box is connected at the free endsof piston rods of a left hydraulic cylinder and a right hydraulic cylinder mounted on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the second mixing box, an output shaft of a first motor mounted in the middle of the l
