The invention belongs to the field of flow measuring technology, particularly relates to a device and method for measuring moisture flow. The device comprises a gas-liquid cyclone mixer connected at amoisture inlet end of a measuring tube main body; a pressure sensor is fixed in the gas-liquid cyclone mixer; the measuring tube main body is connected with at least two different types of flowmeters; the pressure sensor and each flowmeter connected on the measuring tube main body are electrically connected with a flow calculator.
