The invention relates to a cleaning and disinfection device for a cattle breeding house. The device comprises the breeding house and a sewage discharge groove, wherein the left and right walls of thebreeding house are provided with sliding grooves respectively, the sliding grooves are internally provided with sliding rods, a scraping plate is arranged under the sliding rods, the left and right sides of the sliding rods are provided with threaded rods respectively, the front and rear ends of each threaded rod are provided with a first sensor and a second sensor respectively, the inner portionsof the sliding rods are provided with water pipes, the water pipes are connected with first water pipes and second water pipes, the inner portion of the sewage discharge groove is provided with a conveyor belt, the left side of the conveyor belt is provided with a first roller, the first roller is connected with a second motor, the right side of the conveyor belt is provided with a second roller,a third roller is arranged
