The embodiment of the invention discloses an organic light-emitting display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light-emitting display panel includes: a substrate base plate; an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the substrate; a film packaging layer covering the organic light-emitting layer, and a polarizer arranged on the film packaging layer; and a buffer layer is arranged between the film packaging layer and the polarizer. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem that the display of the organic light-emitting display panel is influenced because the film packaging layer is easily damaged when the polarizer is attached to the conventional organic light-emitting display panel can be solved. 本发明实施例公开了一种有机发光显示面板及其制作方法。其中，有机发光显示面板包括：衬底基板；设置于所述衬底基板上的有机发光层；覆盖所述有机发光层的薄膜封装层，设置于所述薄膜封装层上的偏光片；所述薄膜封装层和所述偏光片之间设置有缓冲层。本发明实施例提供的技术方案，可解决现有有机发光显示面板在贴附偏光片时，容易损伤薄膜封装层，从而影响有机发光显示面板的显示的问题。
